Welcome to Dance Street California! We are located in downtown Pasadena and are home to the best quality of ballroom dance instruction! Our brand new location offers a spacious, cozy and luxurious event space. Our facilities are great for dance and ballroom lessons, yoga, pilates, filming and photo shoots. We welcome all groups and look forward to hosting your next event!

Our hardwood flooring has extra padding beneath the wood to protect dancers' joints.

No smoking is allowed on premises, and no animals other than service animals. We allow food and drink in the space, but tenants must clean up after event.
Free parking (limited spaces) is available in front of the building. Plenty of street parking.
The studio may not be propped open at any time. Your guests may contact the host or Huego to enter into the facility, or you may place a greeter at the door to greet and screen your guests. Further instructions will be provided once the booking is complete.
Renter must maintain appropriate liability insurance for the length of the agreement.
Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in.
Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Renters are able to cancel bookings prior to 24 hours before the booking time and will receive a full refund. Cancellation requests submitted within 24 hours of the booking time will not be refunded. If you need to reschedule, you will not be charged a second time, but you will need to coordinate a different booking time directly with Dance Street.
Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file.
