The Boys & Girls Club of Pasadena is excited about making new friends and truly wants to assist you in hosting your next event! We enable children and youth in the community, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, healthy and responsible citizens.
We welcome all sorts of youth groups, coaches, and athletes to utilize our space.
Renter must maintain appropriate liability insurance (General Liability) for the length of the agreement. B&G must be identified as the address of the insured, and a copy of the policy must be given to the B&G office. Booking does require a $200 deposit.
We allow food and drink in the space. No smoking or alcoholic beverages are allowed on campus, and no animals other than service animals.
The security gate may not be propped open at any time. Your guests may the host or Huego to enter into the facility, or you may place a greeter at the door to greet and screen your guests. Further instructions will be provided once the booking is complete.
Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file.
