This is a box gym space with barbells, weights, dumbbells, medicine balls, bikes, rowers, jump ropes, boxes, mats, bands, and foam rollers. The activities that will work well in this space are personal fitness training, HIIT classes, aerobics class, yoga classes, mobility classes, karate classes, first aide training, and other training classes. This is an open square space lined with the equipment previously stated.
