Pharos periodically rents out our location for film and photo shoots for both partial and full buy-outs.

All guests must follow the guidelines provided by the Los Angeles Department of Public Health. If guests fail to follow the proper restrictions and guidelines, they will be responsible for the payment of all fees that result in the improper use of the facility (this includes improper use of face coverings, social distancing and capacity restrictions.
We allow food and drink in the space. No smoking or alcoholic beverages are allowed on campus, and no animals other than service animals.
Your guests may contact the host to enter into the facility, or you may place a greeter at the door to greet and screen your guests. Further instructions will be provided once the booking is complete.
Parking can be included for off hours (After 2pm on weekends), if any time outside of that time frame- its not included and on a case by case basis.
Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. In the event of damages while using the space, guests agree to cover in full any damages that you or your invitees cause during the booking. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file.
Insurance. Licensee shall maintain policies of Insurance sufficient to protect against all risks arising from its operations, including: (a) producer’s legal liability coverage, including third party property damage, of at least $2,000,000; (b) commercial general liability coverage of at least $2,000,000 combined single limit per occurrence; (c) auto liability coverage of a least $1,000,000 on all of Licensee’s owned and hired vehicles on the Premises; (d) broad form property insurance covering all of Licensee owned or hired personal property brought on the Premises, for the full replacement value thereof; (e) statutory workers compensation insurance and employer’s liability coverage of at least $1,000,000. Such insurance policies shall be issued by reputable companies authorized to do business in California and possessing a most recent Best’s rating of A-VII or better. Licensee’s insurance coverage shall be primary and noncontributory, and shall include contractual liability and cross liability endorsements and waivers of subrogation in favor of Licensor. Before entering the Premises, Licensee shall furnish Licensor with a certificate evidencing the required coverages and, with regards to items (a) and (b) above, naming Pharos Athletic Club, Pharos LLC, as additional insureds. Licensee shall also require all of its contractors and subcontractors on the Premises to maintain the coverages listed in items (b)-(e) above. Strict compliance with this paragraph shall be a condition precedent for any claim by Licensee against Licensor. Licensee waives all claims against Licensor that would be covered by the insurance required to be maintained hereunder, except for claims resulting from Licensor’s sole active negligence or willful misconduct.
